What to include
- Your name, a reply contact and your authority to act for the rights holder.
- A description of the work and a link to its original publication, if public.
- Where the material is accessible in Fetchoo: the page address or job ID, date and a description of the issue.
- Which rights are affected and what action you request.
Do not send passwords, cookies, secret tokens or unrelated documents. If a relevant link contains an access secret, first provide the job ID and describe the issue without that secret.
Service limitations
Fetchoo does not license source material. The ability to process a link does not establish permission to download. We can manage files and access within our service, but cannot remove the original from another platform.
