Help

From your first link to a finished file. Everything you need to get started.

Inspect the link first

Use an individual public media link and choose “Inspect link”. Do not send passwords or cookies.

Choose an available format

The list is valid for 15 minutes. Original means available source quality, not a creator master file. MP4 up to 720p/1080p never upscales. Direct files are preserved without transcoding.

Save the result

Choose “Download” when ready. Signed links last 5 minutes; the button gets a fresh link. File retention is a separate deadline displayed on the card.

Retry when needed

For temporary limits, check the next-attempt time. Inspect again if formats change. A request ID supports diagnostics without sharing the source URL.

Inspect up to 20 links as a batch. Accepted jobs stay in history; unsent links exist only in the open tab.
