Frequently asked questions
Why does Vimeo return 401?
The source did not authorize the request. Choosing another format cannot unlock private media. For public videos, you can retry later.
Why can preparation take longer than transfer?
Fetching streams, merging and converting are separate stages. The ready-file download button appears when processing finishes.
